In the event of unanticipated circumstances that will prevent you from showing up for your appointment, you can call us or write to us to change or cancel your booking. We will try our best to accommodate your booking requirements without applying any fees, provided you contact us at least 48 hours in advance prior to your appointment day. However, no refunds can be processed for changes requested after the 48 hours’ notice period.
